Not at all. Most of our agents came from completely different careers, nursing, real estate, education, the military, and more. If you are coachable, motivated, and willing to put in the work, we will teach you everything else.

No. You do not need to be licensed before reaching out to us. We will walk you through exactly how to get your license for your resident state. The study course discount partnership we have makes it $149.

The main upfront cost is your state exam fees, state licensure feeds and pre-licensing course, which typically runs between $100 and $200 depending on your state. There are no franchise fees or buy-in costs to join Bush Life Agency. We do require our agents to have E&O insurance on themeslves.

Both. Many of our agents start part time while keeping their current job and transition to full time once their income supports it. You set your own pace based on your goals for you and your family.

This is a commission based, which means your income is directly tied to your effort. There is no income cap, and top agents have the opportunity to earn well into six figures.

No. This is a fully remote agency. Our agents work from all over the country. The best part too is that we can help clients across all 50 states.
